All you need is a sand bag (or ball) , a barbell (or stick) , and a box (or step stool). Feel free to modify using the equipment that you have available.
I’m using:
*75lb sand bag
*25lb barbell
*24inch box
Do one set of the warm up, then proceed to complete the circuit. For this, you will complete one set of each exercise without taking any breaks (5 exercises total). Then go ahead a take a 90 second rest. Repeat 4 times.
