Full body workout with free weights. You’ll need: Bar with plates Heavy dumbbells Box *When doing a superset, make sure to complete one set of each exercise before taking a break. For example, do 10 deadlifts followed by 10 bent over rows, then take a 60 second break. Repeat again until you complete all 3 rounds.
