Warm-up:
2 rounds of:
5 inchworms
10 90/90 hip stretch
10 hip cradles
10 single leg deadlift reaches
15 air squats
10 banded donkey kicks, each side
Workout:
4 rounds of:
8 3 point banded toe taps, each side
12 leg extensions
10-10-8-8-max effort reverse v-squat
3x24 cable abductions, 12 each side
4 rounds of:
15 single arm dumbbell calf raises
15 single leg calf raises, each side
Cool down:
2 rounds of:
1m it band foam roll, each side
:30 kneeling hip flexor stretch, each side
:30s pigeon stretch, each side
:30s quadruped adductor stretch, each side
