Short and sweet with this bad boy! I know some of you guys love a short workout that you can fit in at lunch or while you’re little one naps, so i was thinking of you for this workout! I didn’t add a warm-up or cool down just because I wanted to keep it in a specific timeframe, but feel free to add some movements in before and/or after your workout, depending on how much time you have!! Hope you like this one!!
Equipment needed:
➡️ glute bands
➡️ dumbbells
➡️ bench
➡️ stability ball
Workout:
3 rounds of:
:30s 3-point banded toe taps, each side
:30s foot elevated db glute bridge, each side
:30s stability ball hamstring curls
2 rounds of:
:45s db curtsy lunge, each side
:30s bench knee drives, each side
3 rounds of:
1m banded db hip thrusts
:30s banded db hip thrust pulses
:30s banded fire hydrants, each side
