Equipment needed: โœ… dumbbells โœ… bands โœ… bench Warm-up: 3 rounds of: 5 inchworms 10 hip cradles 12 reverse step lunges 20 hip thrusts Workout: 3 rounds of: 8 3-point banded toe taps, each side 8 dumbbell Bulgarian split squats, each side 4x20 banded dumbbell hip thrust with pulse 4 rounds of: 20 foot elevated dumbbell glute bridge, each side 25 frog pumps 3 rounds of: 15 banded glute kickback, each side 15 banded donkey kicks, each side Cool down: 2 rounds of: :30s wide leg stretch with reaches :30s downward dog with foot pedal :30s pigeon stretch, each side

Hey! Have you noticed an issue with the app? The icons show up as ?s and I was having trouble seeing some prior logs for weights. I contacted the app but they werenโ€™t helpful
