10 forward leg swings, each side
10 hip cradles
5 inchworm
10 90/90 hip stretch with extension
10 single leg glute bridges, each side
10 reverse step lunges
Workout:
3 rounds of:
5 5-pulse dumbbell goblet squats
20 dumbbell lateral lunges
3 rounds of:
20 standing ankle banded abduction, each side
10 dumbbell curtsy lunges, each side
3 rounds of:
20 banded dumbbell hip thrusts
25 banded dumbbell hip thrust pulses
10 foot elevated single leg glute bridges, each side
15 banded clam shells, each side
Cool down:
2 rounds of:
10 quad to hamstring stretch
