Bodyweight workout tiiiiime! If you’re traveling or just can’t make it into the gym, this lower body workout is a great option! To pick up the intensity of some of the movements such as the Bulgarian split squats, add a tempo. Sloooowly drop into the bottom of the squat and slooooowly lower the hip from the glute bridges. 10 air squats
10 single leg deadlifts reaches
Workout:
3 rounds of:
15 Bulgarian split squat, each side
12 in and out squat jumps
3 rounds of:
35 frog pumps
15 foot elevated glute bridges, each side
15 donkey jumps
4 rounds of:
10 single leg deadlift to hop, each side
16 jumping lunges
16 side skater jumps
Cool down:
2 rounds of:
10 quad to hamstring stretch
:30s quadruped adductor stretch, each side
