For this workout, we have created a workout with the 7 top exercises that people say "I Don't Like These" to in our workouts! The purpose of this workout is to help us get stronger at and overcome the exercises that make us uncomfortable! All of the exercises (aside from shoulder presses) are bodyweight, but feel free to add weights to the others if you'd like! Circuit: 4x20 Squat To Toes 4x20 Front Lunges 4x20 Shoulder Presses 4x20 Push-Ups 4x60sec Mountain Climbers 4x60sec Planks 4x10 Burpees
