🥵🔥💦Oh my goodness! It took me forever to finish this. I thought the lunges were going to do me in but it was the push ups, mountain climbers and burpees. I almost quit after the 2nd round of burpees but kept pushing through. I actually did the last round of burpees better than rounds 1-3. I almost want to cry because I’haven’t done this many burpees since jr high and even then I sucked. 😂. I’m having a proud moment right now 💪💯👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Damn! 38 minutes and I'm dripping.  The shoulder press, push-ups immediately after then mountain climbers...SMH.  Had to take breaks during each one.  ONE MORE WEEK!! 🤗💪🏽 Let's get it!!

For this workout, we have created a workout with the 7 top exercises that people say "I Don't Like These" to in our workouts! The purpose of this workout is to help us get stronger at and overcome the exercises that make us uncomfortable! All of the exercises (aside from shoulder presses) are bodyweight, but feel free to add weights to the others if you'd like! 

Circuit:
4x20	Squat To Toes 
4x20	Front Lunges 
4x20	Shoulder Presses 
4x20	Push-Ups 
4x60sec	Mountain Climbers 
4x60sec	Planks 
4x10	Burpees

- Sit back into a squat position 
- Drive your hips up and forward 
- Reach arms overhead as you lift onto your toes

Squat to Toes

-Step forward and lunge down, driving back knee toward the ground
-Keep bodyweight in the front heel, with the knee pulled back behind the toes
-keep chest tall, core engaged

Bodyweight Alternating Front Lunges

- Stand holding a dumbbell in each hand, elbows forward of shoulders
- Press the dumbbells overhead
- Lower the dumbbells

Dumbbell Neutral Grip Shoulder Press

- Start with your hands just outside the shoulders 
- Bend at the elbows to come down 
- Keep your core tight as you come down 
- Extend your arms engaging your chest as you come up

-modify to knees if needed

Push Up

- Start in a plank position 
- Drive your knees towards your chest one at a time back and forth 
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable

Mountain Climber

- Elbows under shoulders and hands out front
- Keep entire body tight as you hold position for time

-Modify dropping to knees if needed

Plank Hold

- Stand shoulder width apart
- Place your hands on the floor in front of you
- Hop your feet back, bringing your body into a plank
- Hop feet back in and stand up
- Jump up, arms overhead
