Today's workout is a 12 exercises AMRAP workout. For this workout, you will perform the given exercise for 1 minute. Count the number of reps you did, and write it down. REST 1 minute between each exercise so that you're able to go all out for each exercise. At the end of the workout, you will add up the amount of TOTAL reps you wrote down, and this is your "score". We will come back to this workout in week 4 to try to beat your score!
