Functional workout 1 complete ✅ 🙂 that was awesome. Thanks so much for putting these together. It’s a welcome change from the usual weightlifting routine. My core is way stronger now and generally feeling very healthy. Would you recommend I just go straight onto the next functional workout program now?? Jamie

TFM Workout LAST DAY! That’s a wrap on those eight weeks. It was a blast. Taking test of week off from hard workouts with Hyrox this weekend but starting up next Monday. What to do???
