TFM 1.0 is an 8-week, full-body gym program built to develop functional strength, build muscle, improve conditioning and explosiveness, and stay lean — all at the same time. Each week builds on the previous through systematic progressive overload and smart movement progressions, with 6 workouts per week ranging from 45-75 minutes and Sunday as a full rest day.
This program is for trainees with at least a year of experience and solid technique with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight. Every session has a structured warm-up and cool-down built in — you're training with intention here, not just going through the motions.
If a workout calls for equipment you don't have, use what you do and mimic the movement as closely as possible. The method matters more than the tool. Take your before photo before Day 1 and message me in the app or in the community if you need help modifying anything.
