Love those eccentrics and the new moves! Nice to go back to my old nemesis (reverse lunges) and they feel easy as pie now!! Time to up that weightπ

Struggled with the cable pull throughs (wasnβt feeling them in my hamstrings - more my back) as think my technique was wrong. Will send you a video next time I do them for you to check xxx
