Love those eccentrics and the new moves! Nice to go back to my old nemesis (reverse lunges) and they feel easy as pie now!! Time to up that weight😎

Struggled with the cable pull throughs (wasn’t feeling them in my hamstrings - more my back) as think my technique was wrong. Will send you a video next time I do them for you to check xxx
