Really needed this today after some time off for illness. Thought I was never going to be able to complete the session, but I took my time and enjoyed every minute even if it was a leg day haha!! Thanks G xx

Didn't work out for a month. My mom got sick and I couldn't find time for myself. I was scared to come back. I might not be as strong, but I was able to complete the full day. So proud. 🥹
