Feeling disheartened today because I had to drop the weights for everything. I know that’s normal some weeks but πŸ˜” frustrating. I still had a good workout though and tried to concentrate on form rather than weight as they were lighter

Ah that was tough today, I really struggled with shoulder press and chest fly today, I think maybe because I put my weights up and also I had to use machines because all the benches were taken!

Omg. That last superset was a killer!!! It’s over quick but it’s intense!!! 5 seconds has never felt so long for the plate hold. All my weights increased this week too… can see real progress because I’m being consistent πŸ‘πŸ»
