Great, been listening to my body today and went down on my weights (gave blood a couple of days ago so need to ensure I don’t overdo it). I can’t believe I don’t have many weeks left. It’s taken me longer than expected as don’t gym 4 times a week (I also do circuits with another amazing PT) and other bits. I’m loving it though 💕
