Omg! That superset what a demon. I need to levitate home there's absolutely no way I'm safe to drive. Love it My deadlift form defo needs work as it's been a while since I last did them and I'm used to bar rather than dumbbells - would it be ok to swap to these as I find it easier? Xoxo
