OMG! My glutes hurt so bad 😡 I think I am finally getting the hang of the hip thrusts. Never lifted so heavy before πŸ˜ƒ Great workout!

Feeling much smoother through my front squat. Was able to up weight for each set of them and upped weight on hip thrusts also. Felt very solid and strong with the pause on those even with the extra weight on. πŸ€©πŸ˜œπŸ‘
