Thanks to Georgia’s messages and checking my form over video the cable pull throughs now feel sooooo much better. They were new to me so felt strange. Thanks always for your continued support, G 😍 one more to go and I’ve actually completed my first 12 weeks πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
