Brilliant. I’ve been off my plan for a couple of weeks due to holiday and returning to work but back to it properly now. I could really feel this today - nearly went down weights in some exercises but glad I didn’t as I managed fine 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

1st workout this week (work commitments) love working on shoulders, they make me feel really strong! Love the new feature 🙌 The only weight I'm interesting is watching the kg go up! 💪
