My legs are jelly, I think this is the first workout in a little while where I've had all the equipment I needed and pushed harder. I got lots of PBs but I suck at split squats. I've been trying for ages to get better starting with no weights but I seem to get to about 8 and two rounds and I'm done, I think it's a mental thing and balance. Also I didn't do lunges today, eeek but I did some other leg exercises I'd wanted to do.
