Ohhhh wow I am exhausted!!! 😂💪🔥☀️ This was such an amazing workout, I can't believe I crushed my previous situp stats, from 187 the first time, 206 the second, and 222 this time!!!! My core feels so much stronger, and 1 min high plank + 36 burpees in 5 to finish it off 💪☀️💛 Thank you Demi, I'm feeling powerful!!!
