Did this one w my daughter and our dog haha. She crushed me on the sit-ups! 8 year old gymnast.. Crunches: 100 Burpees 40 2 plank holds for good measure.

Ohhhh wow I am exhausted!!! 😂💪🔥☀️ This was such an amazing workout, I can't believe I crushed my previous situp stats, from 187 the first time, 206 the second, and 222 this time!!!! My core feels so much stronger, and 1 min high plank + 36 burpees in 5 to finish it off 💪☀️💛 Thank you Demi, I'm feeling powerful!!!
