I'm so sore and happy!!! This was such a good workout - I had to mix modifications and equipment due to lack of equipment and body soreness haha but this felt so good! 💪☀️💛

Day 4 - Feedback: I AM DAMN PROUD OF MYSELF!! This is the first time I’ve really pushed my shoulder/arm since the break. It’s not pretty but I’m not giving up and I’m not giving excuses. LET’S GO GUYS!!
