Hey guys what up, It's Demi! This is where I get to share a bit more about lil ole’ me. I was born and raised in San Diego. I am a proud young entrepreneur with a crazy love for getting out of my comfort zone and convincing others to do the same. What are the goals of this program?
For the next four weeks, you’ll be tightening and toning your core with a new workout every single day. Each core workout is around 15-20 minutes and is perfect to add on to the end of your existing training routine! Your core is the source of your stability and power, so building a strong core will help you get more out of every exercise you do!

How can I track my progress?
I encourage you to take progress pictures at both the beginning and end of the challenge. Although progress pictures aren’t necessary to win, they track the changes in your body in a way that the scale or a daily mirror check-in can’t!!
