Ouchiness. Those were very challenging moves! Tried the L holds and didn't even get 1 min total, and the hollow hold was only slightly better. Surprised myself though! I managed to do ugly versions of the candlesticks and squat rolls! Had to use hands to boost off the floor but that's way better than I thought I'd do! Lol I 1st saw your demos and thought Wow she scored the good crack today 🤣
