Yesterday I had a wedding to be at, and had the pleasure of helping my mom get ready early and spent the entire day with the bridal party, soooo today I am using the rest day to catch up 2 x through - 10 minutes on treadmill - 10 burpees - 20 crunches - 20 barbell curls - 20 tricep kick backs 3x through - 5 minutes elliptical - 5 minutes bike - 10 burpees - 20 crunches - 20 shoulder press (kb) - 20 laying chest press (kb) Total - 50 burpees - 100 crunches - 50 mins cardio
