This was such an amazing workout!!! Did it just before 11 PM, after a busy day of walking, legs + shoulders workout, and sports practice!! 💪🥰💛 Feeling so strong and accomplished, AND hit one of my challenge goals with deadlifting!!!! Thank you so so much Demi!
