Omg this is just what I needed to get a good sweat in but slowly. The BURN 🔥 at the end with the clamshells… HOLY SHAT. I only had a 10 lb plate and up. Nothing less than that so the burn was extra hard today. But so good for a low impact, Saturday sweat workout.
