- Start with your hands just outside the shoulders 
- Bend at the elbows to come down 
- Keep your core tight as you come down 
- Extend your arms engaging your chest as you come up

Push up

- Hold a barbell in front of your body palms facing you
- Raise your elbows up and to the sides, pulling the bar towards your chin
- Keeping the bar close to the body
- Pause at the top, elbows no higher than the shoulders
- Return the bar back to starting position

Barbell upright row

- Lying back with your arms extended above your shoulders
- Bend at the elbow lowering the barbell toward the top of your head
- Extend your arms back up to starting position

Barbell skull crushers

Circuit 1

- Start with the plate right in front of your face
- Using your shoulders, circle the plate around your head.
- Stay as close as you can to your head
- repeat going to opposite direction

Plate Around the Worlds

- Support yourself using your opposite arm
- Row dumbbell to your hip while retracting your shoulder back
- work both sides

Single arm dumbbell row

- hold the plate between your hands
- curl the plate up to your shoulders engaging your biceps
- Press up and over your head engaging your shoulders
- Lower back down slow and controlled

Plate Bicep Curl to Press

Circuit 2

- Bend over hinging at the hip
- Raise the dumbbells keeping your arms fully extended 
- Pause slightly at the top and come down

Dumbbell Bent over lateral raise

Tricep Dips

- Hold the Dumbbells at your side with palms facing away from you
- curl up laterally to your shoulders engaging your biceps
-  lower down slow and controlled

Side Bicep Curl
