Narrow Squats

- Holding onto a rig for assistance 
- Lift onto your tip toes
- Lower your body into a squat by bending your knees and leaning your body backwards
- Push yourself back up

Sissy squat

Superset 1

- Standing with your feet close, toed out and heels elevated
- Hold a single dumbbell in the goblet position
- Lower into the bottom of a squat
- Stand up to full extension

Heels elevated dumbbell goblet squat

- Stand in a stager stance with a dumbbell in each hand 
- Lower into a split squat 
- Move Foot Back
- Stand up to the starting position 
- Move Foot forward
- Stand up to starting position
* Work both sides

Dumbbell Split Squat

Air Squats

Superset 2

- Sit on the machine with the pad at the bottom of your shin 
- Extend your legs engaging your quads 
- Pause at the top and lower slowly
