Realized how good this one kicked ass when I had to lower the rep range a bit. Good one to knock out after a long day and putting the kids to bed

Great midweek workout! My non dominant wrist was weak in the squat and presses - will need to drop weight next time because I felt like my form was compromised.
Other then that, felt strong 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
