Hi Guys! Today is the day! 
Our favorite Leg Day! 

Heavy Squats for many reps was our very priority in building impressive Legs and we are finally seeing amazing results, we hope so you too! 

Do not afraid to try new weights even it's a 5lbs add-on. You'll never know what you are capable of until you try! But please do be sure your technique is on point!

Belts, knee sleeves are highly recommended!
Let’s  kill this workout 💪🔥🔥🔥

Step under the barbell so that it rests on the back of your shoulders, and grasp the bar at each side.
Dismount the barbell and step backward carefully. Your feet should be shoulder-width apart and pointing slightly outwards.

Do not afraid to try new weights even it's a 5lbs add-on. You'll never know what you are capable of until you try! But please do be sure your technique is on point!

Squats

Use an overhand grip to hold the bar at hip level.
Draw your shoulders back and keep your spine straight.
Push your hips back as you slowly lower the bar toward your feet.
Press your hips forward to come into a standing position with the barbell in front of your thighs.

Romanian Deadlifts

-Get into the hack squat machine
-Prepare yourself for the weight
-Unlock the machine and lower into bottom of squat.
-Press back up and repeat for desired reps
-Re-lock machine when completed

Hack Squat

Stand with a bar across your traps
-Walk forward in alternating lunges 
-Repeat for reps or distance


Feel free to use dumbbells if it’s more comfortable for you.

If you don’t have this machine. You can use regular Leg Curl or sited Leg Curl machine
