Some drop sets will be good as well just to kill it. As well I didn't find any day like push or pull. As not everyone can commit 6 days a week plus 1 day abs. So days like push and pull will really help as well. Me personally I can commit 5 days a week max as my gym on Saturday and Sunday closing 6pm and open 8am. And I am working from 9-5 😂😂 I guess a lot of people like me have this issues. So I suggest to you guys to create push,pull and legs workout will help a lot of people.

Let’s kill it Fam!

For the first exercise 
Start with 2 warm up sets following by 4 working sets 
Our Example:
Warm up
50lbs - 8 reps
80 lbs - 8 reps

Working sets
100lbs - 12 reps
120lbs 12 reps
120lbs - 10 reps
100lbs - 10 -  12 reps

Heavy Incline Dumbbell Press

Always pick the heaviest weight you can perform with a good technique for 10 - 12 reps

Heavy Flat bench Dumbbell Press

With this exercise it is very important to get a good stretch at the bottom of the movement, but to the point where you don’t get pain or discomfort on your shoulders. Make sure to do a good squeeze on top of the movement to bring all kind of striations 💪

Dumbbell Flys

Working our Upper Chest. Brining all kind of definition. Start performing this exercise with medium weight and in slow and control motion.

Incline Hex Press

Finishing our workout with cable chest flys to get a tone of blood in to the muscles and get almond chest striations. 7 sets 10 - 15 reps. 30 - 40 sec rest
