Let’s transform our Shoulders to Boulders and get wide as House!

Today we will do drop sets and supersets for Growth and Nasty Pumps💪

Make sure to warm up good before this exercise. Range of motion is the key. 
Great if you can get your dumbbells down to your ears line(not lower) not higher and then lift to the top.

Let’s do Pyramide set
Example

You start with 10 lbs for 10 reps then right after you take 20lbs for another 10 reps, nonstop take 30lbs and do for another 10 reps

Now you can stop there, but ideally after 30lbs you go backwards to 20 and 10lbs for another 10 reps 😎

And that Will be total 50 reps. Crazy you say?! But that’s how it works! It’s bodybuilding

The key is to pull with your trapezius muscles and not your arms. So pick the weight accordingly to your traps strength. As you can see I’m not using super heavy weights just the right weight to stimulate my trapezius
