It’s Leg Day Fam!
Who is ready to feel Pain? (Good one) Nasty Pump and Wonderful feeling of accomplishing something Special! 

For Leg Days we train Extra hardcore with heavy weights and huge volume! Because we love it and so should you! 

Buckle Up! We Starting the torture😁

Squats! Our Favorite! 
You can literally have an amazing Leg Workout just buy doing squats!

Step under the barbell so that it rests on the back of your shoulders, and grasp the bar at each side.
Dismount the barbell and step backward carefully. Your feet should be shoulder-width apart and pointing slightly outwards.

Inhale as you squat down by simultaneously pushing your butt backward and bending your knees forward. Keep your torso upright, and descend at least until your knees are bent at a 90-degree angle.
Exhale as you push your body back up to the starting position, driving through your heels and keeping your torso upright.
Repeat.

Heavy Squats!

Using lighter weight on this one but less resting time

Stand in your squat stance with toe slightly toed out and barbell across your front delts
-Lower into bottom of squat
-Stand up to full extension 
-Repeat

Front Squats

Get into the hack squat machine
-Prepare yourself for the weight
-Unlock the machine and lower into bottom of squat.
-Press back up and repeat for desired reps
-Re-lock machine when completed

Heavy Hack Squat

Set up in a smith machine with the bar on your traps in a split stance position. Descend by flexing both knees simultaneously and continue until the back knee touches the ground directly beneath the hip. Drive through the front foot and extend the knee as you return to the starting position.

Perform 10 - 15 reps for each Leg

Smith Machine Lunges

Perform this exercise for 10 - 15 reps each Leg

Single Leg Press
