Hi guys, today we are killing back 💪
You might not have a few machines that you'll see on this workout, but i added the exercises that you can substitute within a description.

Give your 100%, enjoy the workout 🙌

Warming up with pull-ups, rep range will be different for everyone, you can also use assisted pull up machine,each set till failure

Wide Grip Pull ups

Start by standing next to a flat bench and position the left knee on the bench with the dumbbell in the right hand.
Bend forward from the hips, and place the left hand on the bench.
Bend so that your upper body is parallel to the floor and the head facing down.
The right hand with the dumbbell should hang straight down with the palm facing the bench.
Keeping the arm close to the side of your body, pull the dumbbell up to your side.
After a pause, lower the weight back to the starting position.

V Grip Seated Cable Row

One Arm Dumbbell Row

If you don't have this machine at the gym, feel free to use the smith machine or regular bar

Deadlift Variation on a machine

Feel free to substitute this exercise with T bar row, dumbbell row or with a regular bar on a bench 💪

Barbell row on a bench

Don't go too heavy, try to feel your rear dels muscles first, once you comfortable increase the weight and perform the exercise for a higher rep range 
You can use the dumbbells as well

Rear delt flyes with the plates
