Hi Fam! Today we are hitting chest! This week we are concentrating to build our upper chest muscles. 

Let’s get our mind set right! We are here to work! We are here to train harder than the last time! We are here to get results 💪

Let’s lift heavy weights for many reps! Without losing a proper form.

For many of us it’s very hard to build upper chest muscles, that’s why we are starting our training with Incline Dumbbell Press💪

Our used weights example

Warm up
50 lbs -8 reps
80 lbs - 6 reps

Working 
100 lbs - 12 reps
120 lbs - 12 reps
120 lbs - 10 reps
100 lbs - 10 reps

Incline Chest Dumbells

Last Set we perform 2 drops sets

Example:

Three 45lbs plates each side for 10 reps - drop two 45lbs plates perform for another 8 - 10 reps, drop another two 45lbs plates and perform till failure
