Hi Guys! Hope everyone having an amazing day! Today we are doing silver back gorilla workout! Building thickness and wideness for ultimate V - shape look! 

Get your mindset right! We are here to train! Not to socialize! Not to sit on the phone! We are hear to get better💪

1. Stand with your mid-foot under the barbell
2. Bend over and grab the bar with a shoulder-width grip
3. Bend your knees until your shins touch the bar
4. Lift your chest up and straighten your lower back
5. Take a big breath, hold it, and stand up with the weight
Hold the weight for a second at the top, with locked hips and knees. Then return the weight to the floor by moving your hips back while bending your legs. Rest a second at the bottom and repeat.

Deadlift

1.) Start off standing up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart, keeping your knees slightly bent and good posture and then lean forward with your upper body until your chest is parallel to the floor.

2.) Grab onto the bar with a wide overhand grip, making sure that you keep your chest still and pull the bar up until it is almost touching your chest.

3.) Hold this position for a count, squeezing your back muscles, then return back to the starting position in a controlled manner.

Pull the v-bar down to chin level (90 degrees) as you push your chest up to the bar. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and keep your shoulders down. Take two or three seconds to return the v-bar up to the extended position

Stand in front of a high pulley with a rope attachment
-Step back until there is tension on ht edible 
-Pull the rope towards your face keeping your elbows high 
-Reverse the movement 
-Repeat
