But here we are getting it done! Big Boulders Day. 
Be prepared for many reps! Today we are going hard!
You will get to try 2 new movements today. Hope you will enjoy them!

Always focused on the form. No jerking.

Perform 5 reps with both hands, then 5 reps with one and  5 reps with the other hand. Finishing for as many reps left with both hands 🔥🔥🔥

Machine Shoulder Press

You are already know! Best exercise to build side delts/width of your shoulders! 
Today we want you to try to hit as many reps you can with every single set! 

We don’t afraid of pain! We love it!!! Let’s get it!

Side Lateral Raises

With this exercise you don’t need heavy weight. Medium is good enough. Concentrating on firing our front delts with this new movement

12 reps each hand

Shoulder Press Variation

With this exercise first movement is upright row that follows with momentum to your shoulder rotation. 

Light/medium weight is used 
I use 30lbs

New Variation
Dumbbell Upright row with rotation

Finishing with front raises to develop front shoulders striations🔥🔥🔥
12 reps each hand

Dumbbell Front Raises

The main key is to pull the weight with your trapezius muscles and not your arms. 
Adjust the weight accordingly to your traps strength. 

I usually use 1 - 2 (45lbs) plates on each side
