I accidentally ran 4.65 miles today instead of 4.5, but hopefully that will just prepare my body even more for the 5 miles I have to run on Sunday ๐Ÿ˜… This was also the โ€œeasiestโ€ run Iโ€™ve done in that I honestly felt like I could have run another half mile or so!
