This 5 week all-levels challenge will show you step by step how to build up to a 10K (6.2 Miles). These workouts are based on the exact plans I’ve followed previously to succeed in my longest distance runs. I will guide you through your runs, cross-training, and stretching, and personally respond to your messages to help you stay accountable! 📝 WHAT YOU‘LL GET: A 5-week program, 6 days a week, to help you build to a 10K. All workouts are planned and uploaded daily by me, complete with video demonstrations and tips! I’ll be responding to your questions and comments every day in my app! Workouts will be a combination of running, body weight exercises, and stretching.
