Wow! What a nice surprise! I was a massage therapist for 25 years with a focus on mofacial release on elected athletes & in conjunction with my chiropractor to balance & restructure of the human frame. I have to say I enjoy the deep & intensity of the foam roller & added some pin & stretch to the quads along with what you directed. What a treat to get the crap beat out of me in a good way, which is something I usually can get an LMT to do for me❤️
