Jumped into the hip mobility on this one and felt great after. Finished with 25mins of big boy walks.. first time really doing these and got a great sweat up for simple exercise... unfortunately had to go to work after but that's ok..🤦‍♂️👍

Big boy walks have been a favorite addition to my recovery days. And I feel like I learn a new mobility skill with each recovery video.
