Welp…my fourth graders will be wondering why I’m waddling around my classroom today 😂 This was such a great workout. 🙌🏻❤️

I did this at home with limited equipment. I did extra rounds of the heavy sets as I didn’t have heavy enough weights. I added a run around the block (450 metres) before each round and finished with 3 hill sprints. Killer! Great workout.

Best one yet. Also circuits 1 and 2 are missing the sets that usually are there. I did three of each and that was solid. Thanks Hannah! I’m being successful since dec 1st with this program. Grateful 🙏🏽❤️
