Great workout!
I was just wondering, when I set a reminder for the next day, does it work according to USA time (I live in Greece)? Because it never pops at the time I set and I have to search for the workout again. And then the reminder comes after!

Boom! 100 flights of stairs to get the heart pumping and moved into this bus! I needed a good lower body! Got my covid vaccine yesterday and my arm is very sore today so upper body was out of the question. 🙌
