Hi, I was confused with how many sets I’m supposed to do. The 2 exercises in the beginning say one round but go from 20-15-12-10-8-5 does that mean I do all those sets? Like 1 set of 20 reps, 1set of 15 reps...etc. Then the last 2 exercise say 3 rounds 16-16-16 which I take as 3 sets of 16. Can you help explain this further. Thanks so much.
