hereโ€™s an Apple Pie Protein Milkshake recipe to fuel your Fall activities ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ‚โœจ๐Ÿฅง INGREDIENTS: ๐Ÿ 1 Granny Smith apple ๐Ÿ‚ 3 pitted dates โœจ dash of cinnamon ๐Ÿฅ„ 1/4 C oats (optionalโ€” if you want the shake thinner, donโ€™t add oats) ๐Ÿฅ› 1/2 C milk of choice ๐Ÿฅœ 1 TBS almond butter ๐Ÿฅ„ 1 scoop vanilla protein (i use @youcanbeam vanilla itโ€™s the best and so so smooth) ๐ŸงŠ ice slice up your apple & dates, then blend it all together & enjoy xx
