INGREDIENTS:
๐ 1 Granny Smith apple
๐ 3 pitted dates
โจ dash of cinnamon
๐ฅ 1/4 C oats (optionalโ if you want the shake thinner, donโt add oats)
๐ฅ 1/2 C milk of choice
๐ฅ 1 TBS almond butter
๐ฅ 1 scoop vanilla protein (i use @youcanbeam vanilla itโs the best and so so smooth)
๐ง ice
slice up your apple & dates, then blend it all together & enjoy xx
