Easy peasy 10-min recipe! Great snack for on-the-go protein!
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips *can use mini
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup flax or chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl
- Stir to combine
- Start rolling into balls!
- Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for when you're ready to enjoy
Yields 2-4 servings, simply double measurements to prep more!
