Delish PB & Berry Smoothie bowl, just in time for Summer!
INGREDIENTS:
For Smoothie Bowl:
- 1⁄2 cup ice
- 1⁄2 cup milk of choice
- 1⁄2 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder (BEAM is unmatched for flavor/mixing texture)
- 1⁄2 banana (frozen in advanced is best!)
- 1⁄3 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1⁄3 cup frozen cherries
- 1 tbsp salted peanut butter
Toppings:
Drizzle more Peanut Butter & add your favorite toppings! I like shaved almonds, cacao nibs, granola if I have some on hand, shaved coconut, chia or hemp seeds, sliced strawberries, blueberries, or a drizzle of honey.
