Shrimp Fajita Rice Bowls ๐ซ๐๐ค
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 3/4 C Rice
- 1 Lime
- 1 Onion
- Fajita Seasoning
- Sour Cream (we use Green Yogurt for more protein)
- Garlic Salt
- Cilantro
DIRECTIONS:
Cook Rice, then add garlic salt, cilantro and lime to taste.
Pan Fry Shrimp and add fajita seasoning.
Cut bell pepper and onion into strips.
Cook with fajita seasoning.
Assemble Bowl!
Top with more cilantro, fresh lime juice, cotija cheese & sour cream on top!
