Try this Yogurt Bark for an easy, high protein Summer treat!
INGREDIENTS:
- greek yogurt (I used vanilla!)
- honey
- frozen mixed berries (or berries of choice)
- granola
- parchment paper
- pie tin, baking sheet, or glass pirex dish
RECIPE:
- mix greek yogurt w/ your desired amount of honey in a bowl
- lay parchment paper in pie tin or baking sheet
- pour in & spread yogurt 'batter' evenly
- top w/ frozen berries & granola
- pop in freezer until yogurt hardens to desired consistency & cut into bars or break into large pieces
*Note: freezing time/duration will vary depending on thickness of batter (1-2 hrs!)
